- Sign legal binding rental agreement under the Residential Tenancy Act
- Collect security deposit, pet deposit (if applicable) and post-dated cheques to be forwarded to the owner for deposit
- Conduct move in condition inspection report as per the Residential Tenancy Act (provide you with the copy and pictures)
